I know that maybe because im using a 175 WL you wont find useful my toughts but, one of the things i use a lot to control mob is FM, i know that mybe is just an extra skill, but it works wonders because will increase your DPS a lot with JF, aswell as will make the mob walk slower towards you (if you see sometimes my videos you will see i do it a lot to deal with large mobs, plus with temp dex is almost instant cast) also, as you are already 160 are you using hero magic robe? it help a lot with the dmg with CR, will increase it with 10% wich is a lot, i tend to use OBMH to deal with MDEF piercing aswell, the other stuff is pretty much standard, just Quag and FM will help you a lot to survive, other thing that could help you is Sienna if you have access to it...other thing i tend to use is cycle skills, probably tho you dont have enough skillpoints :c ....and well, yeah WL really struggle to get things done, wich is cool in some cases because is not the typical "one key- one shot" class, wich for me at least is cool, thats one of the reasons i like to do instances with WL, is because i find it really fun and i dont feel like im doing nothing.
