Is this exchanger(The NPC) temporary or permanent?

and i thought using 238 HD elus from +7 to +7 is bad. (yeah, i tried to +10 another shield, but it failed unlike the 1st one) stopped when i only had 40 HD elus left.

 

not bad though, i got 2pcs of +10 from 400HD elu. here's to hoping i get +13 and up for my WDEH.

I don't think that's a bad gear. Mad bunny is cute and will cost probrably 1b as another gears. SO we need +10 to get +10 sloted (VIP). It's not OP item because you ll loose It if you're not a VIP, so call your frends to do that for u....

Did u realize that RO still RMT with less cost of bananas. Old players can make money like water: Isle of bios, ET, morse, OGH, etc...

If we get 1,99$ items, they will monopolize more than now buying everything to break the market and sell when they want.

 

We can't fight against OP players and farmers by RMT. That's because players need to be X classes with X builds (only old ppl nd farmers can do It with perfection). When u will hunt a mvp, he killed It, when u try to sell something, he sold It, when u try to breathe they shape you (Timothy 6:12 kidding)

I actually suggested this as my first thought of this was people will just hand their shields to VIP friends.

I normally keep to myself and let iro be iro, but +10 to get the slot......that is a little much. I get that there is a refine event but ....WOW +10

i read somewhere here in this thread the best proposal to mad bunny [1]:

 

 

+0 MB = 0% chance to slot it

+1 MB = 10% chance

+4 MB = 40% chance

+7 MB = 70% chance

+10 MB = 100% chance

 

yah, 10% per upgrade level is fair enough
