Our VK community was created on pure enthusiasm and we still work on it even though no one pay us or say "thank you". It was created for the newbies and anyone who wish to join. Also for people who can't speak english well.
So, I wonder, do you really like it to insult people, who volunteer to help the others? Do you really think you are such a pros, to be able to tell anyone what to do and to insult the others only because you are beta testers with 8 year expierience? You think you are everything in this game? Nonsense. The game is all about people you call ''newbies''.
Just imagine that there are only pros left in the game. You will only have same conflicts with each other because of your boredom.

I am taking responsibility to speak for community VK https://vk.com/requiem_amof, which is, for now, the center of Russian-speaking requiem players. I am one of administrators of this community; we are volunteers and are the same players as everyone here. Our work is to watch the game news on official requiem web site, WarpPortal forum and facebook community and to translate them as though Russian players were able to read the latest news in their native language.
Not long time ago I´ve noticed the suggestion on facebook to share any ideas about game improvement. All the time people suggest something in our VK community, so we decided to write a huge post with all the ideas by Russian community, because not all of the players speak English good enough to participate in forum discussians.
We understand the entire situation with requiem, the game is old and you are short on budget, and we also know all about skill balance game masters are working on. So there is nothing unreal on that list and nothing you absolutely can´t fix or be able to do, but everyone should really pay attention to all this issues.
First of all, we want to tell you about the poll which we had recently in our community. The thing was to understand the preferences of Russian player.
184 players took part in a poll so far.

The most desiring thing is a new races and classes. 37.5% would like to see these issues.
Second thing is technical improvements and client optimization. 21.7% want this.
Third thing is PvE content improvements, 15.8% wish this to happen.
To summon it all, we can say exactly that players are all in all satisfied with PvP content and skill balance, but almost everyone feels the lack of PvE content. Players don’t even really want any huge updates (like new continents or craft profession), they just want bugs to be fixed and client to be optimized.
So here are some suggestions by Russian community:
Gameplay basics and classes

Druid rebalance
The current status of druid class is more than bad. If you have a look at the talent tree, you would be able to see the idea of it. Druid is meant to be a kind of universal class, and player may choose between the role skill tree suggests (tanking, physical damage short range, magical damage long rage). For now, potential of that class is unrealized and no one plays as druid.
Commander rebalance
Commander class has the same problem as druid; it is supposed to be a counter-mage class with lots of controll and skill damage. But he is useless as in PvP, so in PvE for now.
Mystic rebalance
There is nothing really wrong with that class, it has a good balance and a lot of players pick it. But the problem with it is its full domination in PvE. All the PvE is about those hot black guys. The classic raid party which has been usable for many years is: protector, radiant, elementalist, forsaker and lots of mystics. This doesn’t make any sense and there is no choice for PvE players: they should pick mystic whether they want it or not. If they don’t, they just won’t be able to have a good PvE time. There is something to do about that.
“Miss” balance
It’s really easy to notice that physical AA misses much more often than skill usage.
Physical skills deal 0 damage in block
As an example, AA deals 1000-1500 damage.
Shadow runner (Chaos spinning skill)
The description of the skill doesn’t match with what the skill really do.
Optimization
We´ve figured out some serious technical problems and issues with RAM. The reason of those is bad optimization.

Processor resources trouble
Playing requiem for a long time requires more and more RAM. In the end, the client crashes with a memory read error.
Memory and performance leaks
This leaks provoke client crashes and suspensions, especially on a low performance PC. The reason is those skills:
Possesion Beast Rufus lvl 70 skill
Tempest lvl 80 Haste Acceleration skill
All the possession beast skills which requires casting to use, provoke a performance leak up to 10 fps especially on low performance PCs.
Forsaker’s fire totem
The flaming effect of damaging stacks a lot of times on a character. It provokes video card memory leak.
Long time duration AOE skills
Their animation is shown even though the duration if damage is over, if game was loading in a moment of skill duration (for example, if player has died). It lumbers video memory and player sight.
Secret lab
Textures of blood there are ugly and look like big black squares on ground.
PvE

Reviving old raids
There are plenty of interesting and cool raids and requiem, but in fact, no one goes there any longer: loot is outdated and useless. To make players go in Erunil tower for example, is pretty easy. We suggest to add some new loot which is required as a compounding components (enchanting xeons, rex compounding etc.) The other idea is to add completing raid as a server or guild quest (more about that later).
The strongest Raid bosses in game (Voxion, Mare Gall etc) can be killed by 1-3 players
The thing is that the stats in the armor and weapons are grow more and more, bosses’ stats still the same. Such thing is raid just doesn’t exist in requiem today.
Unworking dungeons portals all over the world
Those need to be used or removed at all.
Quests and leveling up

Any kind of game is meant to be fun and entertaining. We all have enough boring routine in our everyday lives; there is no need at all to have the same routine in game. Doing everyday quests is just so boring and tiring… We suggest to make at least one or two quest chains on each level which will speed the process up at least a little bit.
Quest rewards, every day login rewards
Economic in game is changing. Quest rewards do not. The amount of lant for completing quests is too little. It really needs to be boosted, especially for newbees. They just can’t do anything with amount of lant which is saved from quests.
Quest for victory in battlefield needs to be boosted too. As though battle point rewards were boosted, the amount which player can receive for completing quest is just ridiculous.
We also want to pay your attention to every day login reward. 100 lant coupons are just trash, same is alfa xeons. Skill reset for day 50 is usually useless and that thing disappears in 24 hours. This needs to be changed. We suggest for rewards something universal, like atma infinity or tokens.
Server quests
The idea is to achieve a global goal with participation of every player on the server. For example, it could be killing monsters all over the globe in count of 1000000. Every single player makes his contribution. After achieving the goal, everyone on the server is rewarded (+70% to reinforcement dor example).
Guilds

Guild quests
Just like server quests, but narrowed a bit to a guild with guild bonuses only.
Guild bank
It’s a great opportunity of sharing stuff you don't need with your guild mates who could use it. If members of a guild are truly friendly and responsive, they could find this feature useful.
Blood points rewards
Players definitely need more guild war rewards, especially - BF points booster like +10-15%
Personal guild war point boost
It's a good idea to make personal benefition from guild war points, not only for a guild. For example you can score 20000 guild war pts, which go to your guild rank and the same amount of pts goes to your hands, so you can spend them however you like. One remains is to come with idea what those rewards would be.
PvP

PK system
PK system is under a big question. Many players are not satisfied of it because "serial killers" mostly remain unpunished. Some of them loves killing lowbies which is totally wrong. New players are not very pleased of that kind of treatment so they leave the game forever. We suggest toughening PK system in way so lesser players would rather kill newbies. Make PK tendency remover a bit more expensive, and make the way of "cleaning" a bit harder. Remove awarding for serial killers; add an option so other players could feel free of killing serial killers. After killing "red man" I'd like to loot something from him. Maybe after that they become more rational. That is our suggestion.
Ancient ruins
As we already know, this type of BF is clearly dead. We suggest merging AR points with Theme Battle points or a least to make a converting function. We reckon that NPC who gives those ancient points was a temporal solution so it’s about time to do something with it.
Game Launcher

We reached now to the game Launcher. It has banners with Item Mall offerings which prices are outdated. It has to be reviewed.
Launcher also has a much bigger problem - updating causes numerous errors. Certainly it has to be fixed somehow.
Item mall pets

Few words about pets. They work nice all in all, but there are still some exceptions. Pet is a pointless purchase for those who have Stealth. Even though no one can see you, there is still a pet that reveals your location and lots of AoE skills which can really get you. We ask you if it is possible to make pets invisible as well as its master.
Another point about pets is to add a function that allows you to choose what kind of loot your pet may pick up (only rares, or rares and consumable etc.). Pretty much people ask for this particular feature.
We do not insist on what we suggest, but at least 1000 people in our community wish to see what GMs answer will be. What we can expect or what not to expect at all.

I am going to get rid of everything that is not written in english here.
And as a sidenote to why dvchel is now a representative fpr the russian speaking community.
He was the only one that directly stepped up to me ingame and suggested this exact same thing.
So, to make it perfectly official. Dvchel is there for all you russian people to take your ideas and suggestions and forward them to our representative group.
This automatically means too that he is supposed to report about changes, ideas and such from inside the representative group back to the russian community (for example in the russian forums etc.).
Needless to say that he is asked to listen to and forward ideas from all the russian players. Not only some selected few people.
