I formatted my computer last month and when I try to get RO to work I get this error message;

 

 

My question is: How can I get rid of this "side-by-side" kind of error? So I can get back on and hey Hi to my friends! 

 

P.S.: I've decided to post it in here because I use a french version of Windows 7.
