vmod cinnamon.. GM replied and now he said that they are not liable for the lost item.. i was hacked and i dont share my account to anybody. for that concern im asking for an assistance not to ask what should be done.. im asking for them to assist me for my items to be return T_T im just playing this game fairly its so unfair that they responce something like that T_T please help me vmod cinnamon please

vmod cinamon.. why is the the support focusing on the location not the last deal made by the character?? i was hacked and i play in the office and in my house.,. ofcourse it will be detected in diffrent location. what i am asking is who was the last dealer done by my character. i want to trace that person. and recover my items!

Please keep such details in the ticket, this is a public forum. Respond to the GM staff and provide them with the details they need. Due to privacy issues the GM staff are unlikely to disclose identity of the hacker.

vmod cinnamon.. the support is not answering my question..i told him im reporting this case because im hacked.. he is not believing me. .. i will not report this incident if this is not  a hack issue .. all i want is to recover my items

Reply to the ticket again and tell them to cross reference the location/IP of the two places with the logs from the past. Since you say you play from your home and office, they should be able to find the logs for the same and confirm that you accessed the a/c from both places on a regular basis. If possible provide them the IP addresses for the same in the ticket and do not post them here since it is meant to be confidential.

already done. but he is insisting that i shared my account to other players and thats never happened.. its so difficult to talk to him. he dont even pay attention on the issue
