Honestly if you want something;
1.) Entry level in skill.
2.) Not cooldown intense skills.
3.) Has a preferred Tanky/Speedy build path in gear.
4.) Amazing team Crowd Control.
Go Savage.
Entry Level Skill: I consider Savage a much easier class to play. Learning to just focus Ground-based comboing at first. Only using the Headspin as a disruptor due to mass-AoE launching. It's Super-Armor is a fair safety net that comes from both skills, and an RNG passive after level 60.
Not Cooldown intense: It's basic skill rotations are on dirt-low cooldowns. Majority of which are good in PvP and PvE.
Preferred Tanky/Speedy build path: Health+Movespeed is easy to build on this class. using either the PoS+Elga's max health setup, the Bone Dragon's Movement speed setup, or both. Add in some resists and it's not bad for endurance.
Amazing Team Crowd Control: Cossack Dance, Rocket Punch, Hell Shouting for AoE stuns, Stinger for Electric flinch which cancels animations, throw Final Decision for DPS and you can help the team in crowd control after they're caught easily.
But if you prefer;
1.) Good DPS through a hybrid of X-spam and Skills.
2.) Lacking Crowd Control but prefer being the DPS for the team.
3.) Higher Mobility but Glass Cannon.
4.) Requires more experience.
Go Destroyer.
Better DPS. Hybrid of X-spam and Skills: The big one here is that Destroyer is a mixed X-spam+Skill class. Meaning it's DPS comes from these combinations. Random and Two-Action shots are X-spam modifiers that have a preference in AoE x-spam damage and Single-Target increased X-spam damage. But Gatling Rush, Vulcan, Shootdown, Multishot, and even the granddaddy of Crit skills Sniping are just some of the huge damaging skills Destroyer has.
Lacks Crowd Control: Just note if you go this route. It's harder to keep a target in place. The exceptions are A) Flashbang. Which lag-walks frequently. and Chain combo stun which takes good practice to land, especially on mobile targets.
Higher Mobility but Glass Cannon: Destroyer can somewhat be faster movement speed wise. Unless the Savage is pure ms build but that's more seen in lower levels. But Destroyer is a Glass Cannon.
Requires more experience: This is a higher skill class than Savage. So it'll take more to learn the ropes.
