The vast majority of desocketing books are currently coming from very questionable sources. If you believe yours are not from these sources then please talk to the GMs.

I don't want to beg or kiss WP Staff butt for items I worked and paid for

please put an NPC to exchange legit desocketing books

besides I only have couple, not too fair to make us jump through hoops to get compensation

You don't. Welcome to iRO event woes, where you actually have more fun not participating than you do participating.

 

Disabling 2nd/3rd class skills sounds awful without also removing the WoE damage reduction. Granted even with it disabled, the only thing doing damage in WoE TE would be a Ninja and maybe a +15 x2BG Crimson Bow Sniper.
