1) I think it is around 4 or 5 seconds without any reduction, most, if not all, is fixed.

Depends, can be Darklord Essence Intelligence3 or Pinguicula card if you going to Scaraba hole for leveling., i dont see another option there for weapons lv 100 in magical build xD.

why not big ben and nightmare mimic cards with the approrpriate shields?

 

also, how do i level where i get knocked out of stoop, like in nogg road? and the current ti with obsidians i cant solo because they knock me out of my stoop (and follow me out of the cast of my CN).

 

I have a +12 mad bunny with neo punk card, +10 wonderous foxtail staff, 2x spell5 rwc pendants, +9 cod of caster,

a friend and i tried testing the neo punk + big ben/bell combos and its was very difficult to determine if it really helped with dps.  you have to pot at lower levels especially with 1 agi because you will get hit alot.  you have to wing it atm because there aren't any magic dorams at 160+ yet to provide wisdom heh.

CN is already super strong by itself, in most cases not needing more damage really lol. Maybe nct

That card combo set will be more useful in Doram set 140, i dont see any big use that combo set in leveling from 100 to 140.

Maybe because the hype of picky peck, or they dont like the cast time from CN Meteor, not sure, i see more Physical build than Magical cats, but i sell more Magical weapons than physical (mean +12 and +13 weapons).

My new findings:

 

During CN Meteor's autocast SV Stem Spear when Spirit of the Land is learned, the SV Stem Spear chance to proc again on the same target does occur when autocast through CN Meteor.

 

My question for everyone: Is CN Meteor Neutral or Non-Elemental? Can someone test on Ghost monsters?

tried juperos and the stun kills me. cancels my cn

Try Pinguicula at New World, they're slow moving.
The Luciola Vespa wasps are fast though, can you 1 shot them with SV Stem Spear if you have enough damage?
I don't have a magic doram yet though, so I've only been there with my physical cat.

If you have Tuna Party no, but no worry about that since SV Stem Spear LV1 can 1 shot on Vespa if you have at least 1 Shining Branch, if you have 2 then everything in new world bounty board can 1 shot, i do 37K in Naga. and 20k in Vespa.
