basically because partial def ignore is mostly worthless, u less you stack to a considerably high amount :v

i always tought tho that Expiatio should give both def and mdef ignore, the skill usefullness would increase 100x times already

I had thought so too, but it is a damn shame it isnt. Oh well, at least it means a few hybrid skills like GC and other similar ones can have abit of Hard Piercing from sides of the world.

the meteor assault boost on the boots itself isnt that big of a deal, what makes those jRO gxes do 999999 damage on MA isnt the boots alone, even without them they would prolly still hit for 100k+ simply because of the rest of the stupid gears they have.

now the def ignore+ free Power Maximize is on a completely different level :v

 

I'm not understanding the effects well.
Does the def ignore works on Meteor assault only or basically any skill the gx makes?

Def ignore works on everything thats why people complaining its a overloaded shoe with basically 2 MVP card effects,maximize power thrust(kinda overkill) and the boost to Meteor Assault

 

Wonder how people will react we cant even talk about MVP shadow gears and yet these boots pretty much have 3(maximize power thrust pretty good skill)

huh that's seems kinda strong.

But a small downside is you'll have to invest gx points to the assassin class tree which i think is not that big of an issue.

if they remove the def pierce effect the boots actually become kinda nice and not too crazy :v (we'll maybe see like, around 100k ish meteor assault, more ofc if properly geared and buffed/debuff)

inb4, only assassins who use piercing weapons can pierce hard def 100% of the time with their crits.

Now, Genes and RKs are putting hardef into shame and it's not a problem because its what most people play

If you consider massive HP or 5000 MDEF to be "strong", then yes. kRO has those.

 

If your definition of strong is something that will actually pose a threat to you because of skills, ai behavior, or the stats of the monster not listed above, then no. kRO does not have those.

 

But that applies to future monsters, the monsters we have currently are the exact same as they are on kRO (except for a future update that makes debuffs low level monsters to make it even easier for first classes).

 

jRO monsters are generally increased in actual difficulty, while decreasing the stupid amount of HP kRO gives some monsters.

Because it's a mashup of other kfra boxes packed into one customized for your "Great Gaming Experience" so you won't ever know until it is leaked some how or the person in charge tells you before it's released. If anything just wait 48 hours at most to know what it is.

Don't put those shoes on OCP, or any other OP stuffs, those items were designed for jRO's customized server. Even their FAW snipers and decoys are overpowered.

Cylinder Hairband was passed, because there will be an official item that'll give the same attributes.
