There has been enough QQ'ing on forums about them, that even WP must have realized by now that some whiners really want them, so I have a hunch they will be THE super rare item.

There actually was. The one posted in the thread did not work, but now does. It's also now listed on the Event page. But prior to that, it was linked from the update page, but it has a " on the end of the URL, which worked.

 

Doesn't matter though, since the normal link now works.
