The only way to prevent bots if to have some kind of firewall to prevent bots from accessing into the server. PhRO and TRO seem to have this technology. There will be for sure some nerd who is great at setting bot that mimics a player who would get away from getting caught.

Well, maybe the GMs could hunt the bots and ban the accounts?

well ways that could be used to reduce the bots:

 

1.- implement an antibot shield, on that uses thai-ro might actually work to reuce a lot the bots.

2.- put variable hurdles in the training ground. example make 5 or 6 random maps with laberinth or like the swordie test  after the battle part of the training and before the aptitude test, hell you could even design to put a geo or 2 on the straight lines pathways. the idea is to make it that each time a character enters the portal, it sends them to 1 random map from the pool, that way it makes it harder to program the bots to pass it, since they cant predict wich hurdle they need to pass.

3.- make it that every new acount that is not assaigned to a warp portal account has a trade limitation where they cant trade, vend, drop or buy from other players until a GM personally removes that. that way the bots wont influence the market and wont be able to move or sell the zenny, thus making them useless.

 

to bad that all of them needs to be done by KRo. (maybe all exept #2, wich i think falls under the "personalised quests" part, but im not sure.

 

 

now about more on topic, im in doubt at what was the reason why the enriched and HD minerals where removed. now dont get me wrong, i am not complaining, but i am curious.

Doubt juice npc will be out after maintenance. According to their patch notes at least. As for your cart revo, just buy those over priced grape juice for now. You can easily farm 200k after that
