I think it's not only this RO REMAKE that got DDoS attack lately.
I have been playing gw2 and it got many many waves of DDoS in the past month. Also heard that another MMORPG got frequently DDoS attack too especially this past 2-3 months.
Don't know are there some group behind these D:

The attack must still be going on. The forum went down again.

 

I think the best thing that can be done is taking protective measures, which do exist against such things, as well as planning on giving the community as a whole massive compensation for sticking it out.

 

If this server goes I'm done with RO....(again...lol)

The code just add a list from this https://www.badips.com/ onto the blocked ips to try to stop the ddos, wich won't work in this case.
