FYI - I've been trying to login all day, however the patch server could not connect. I found out that your prevention techniques for DDoS essentially took out users from outside of the US....Not cool..

I was able to log in like 30 mins ago (there were like 1.4k people online),  had to log out to do something, 5 mins later tried to log in and i get 'Failed to Connect to Server'.

I suggest to anyone that like to play RO in general to just find something else to do cause there is no rush to fix this even with all the complaints and error reports nothing have been resolved and will be a while before so.  I am a player from long ago past and love the idea of Re:start but just like it was then when gravity ran the servers.  there were many problems...and its not there fault completely but it is also the players who scam hack jack plot and ruin the game as well...  I cant stress enough how often this use to happen in the past so if you new to the game get use to it...   Its just how the game plays and works...

i get 3 different type of messages when i try to connect to the game with my logging info:

 

1* Failed to connect to server

 

2* Reject from server. Login to Warpportal and confirm-update your password. (30)

 

3* Access Denied

Every Time I use warp service from kafra or enter a portal i get disconnected.. Other members of my guild said they are not experiencing this problem.. please advice.. thanks

My VIP keeps on kicking on & off constantly, I have to keep an eye on the top of the screen to relog once it changes. I've lost over 3% now by dying without noticing my VIP had turned off for no reason. I'm afraid it led me to buy another month of VIP without the previous month being done. A bit frustrating but the only way to fix it seems to be logging off the account then logging  back in and hoping to get the correct rate.

Every little while I'll get the message that VIP bonuses are back to 0%, despite being VIP.

This persists until logging out then back in (which is a pain, because right now if you log off character it disconnects you, and takes multiple attempts to get back into the game).

Hello new account/player here; im also getting stuck on "Please wait..." message followed by "Failed to Connect to Server," any news from the admins or GM on this yet? or is there a way to re-patch my game without re-downloading it? Thanks!

hi i tried log in to the game but it keep telling me i failed to connect to server or the server rejects me and asked me to change my warpportal password...and when i do log in and play i dc after 5mins and get kick out again....there is over 5k players in the server right now...so may i know why am i seems to be the only one with the problem....

 

What is wrong? i send a ticket and tried some of the solution on directX but didnt work
