New Accounts and the "Failed To Connect" Error message

Currently users newly registered after the date below will not be able to login to the game. We have to manually move them onto the allowed login list. This change was made as part of the efforts to strengthen the login process by adding an extra layer of verification to the game side login. (TLDR: to prevent users from accidentally getting access to the wrong account as was happening during the DDOS).
 
Currently we are working with the studio and billing team to automate the account shipping process to that it will be done automatically. Current ETA on the next update in terms of news is 8/6. We are attempting to manually move accounts over every day and will be moving the next set of accounts tonight at 5PM PDT (8/4/2017).
 
Current status users registered by 5PM PDT 8/9/2017 can currently login.
Next Scheduled Mass insert is 5PM PDT 8/10/2017
 
 
 
Over the weekend if you are unable to login due to a newly created account please create a ticket titled "New Account Login Add" with the user ID you created. The GM team will email that list to me at the end of every shift and I will manually add them myself. I will be checking on that list 3 times a day.
 
 
After some testing we have implemented a new login process that should automatically add users to the list. We will be monitoring for any reports of issues that occur.
 

 

 

 

Suggested solutions for issues with new login:

 

If you can't connect to game at all (Including all of your account IDs, you can use a test ID if necessary), and must use a VPN to connect then your IP is likely blocked. In this case user must send a ticket.
 
For IP Block use the following ticket format:

However, 
If you are getting:

  • Password change prompt repeatedly.
    For this error please try the suggested solution here first, if it didn't work then continue reading..

  • Rejected from Server.

  • Suspension message code.

  • Invalid Password error on WP website.

Then,
Follow the instructions below:

After sending the ticket please be patient, you will get a notification on email once an update is made.
Do not send multiple tickets of the same and hold onto one per issue.

Ah jeez I completely forgot this was a thing. Pulled my hair out trying to get a friend playing last night. Wish it was a bit more of an informative error message.

 

But good to know regardless.

What about the accounts who have been randomly banned out of the blue with no notification or reason?

 

I've seriously been trying to get an answer from this for over a day now. I don't mean to sound rude or impatient, but come on. And I'm not even the only one effected by this.

I sent a ticket 48hours ago and nothing, i just wanna play

Neither of the RESTART account associated with this forum account have a suspension on them.

 

It's my other email with the account that's banned. I have a support ticket on that account that's still in waiting.

So a friend of mine just made his second account today and can't log in all we get it disconnected from server not even the You can't login until xx
Short question long. When can he log in with this new account? Sometime during the weekend

Agreed. Or at least make the login error more informative. Otherwise, some players might just decide that the game is unplayable and leave.

Please DO NOT post your account details on forums, this is asking for account compromise.

 

Perhaps you should add a note and link to this thread on the patcher, it would help notify new players as to what is going on.
