While I agree with this "test" for anti-bot, why must we do this on Friday evening ... when people play over the weekend?

This couldn't have waited for next week?  Hopefully the worst won't happen, but I possibly foresee RO being down for a few days, regardless of the backup server in place to revert back to.

 

Have you been playing at all the last few days?
Any Geffen/Yuno/Alde map was unplayable including magma dungeon etc.

Random DCs when using Portals or Bwing.

30 min to log back in.

Only map which was running smoothly was castle2.

thank you so much for adding the antibot camp. here is hopping it does work in cutting the bots to a % of theyr actual numbers (even reducing the bot to a 60% of the actual is a victory on my eyes)

My big question for you Camp is...after Sept, will we return to the one 2-2 class a month model?

 

If you don't know yet, that is fair...I am sure plenty of players will argue to try and keep the 2 classes a month til all the 2-2 classes are in (thus leaving only the extra classes to be figured out).

 

bonus question, can we get an actual conformation on what classes will be released order wise after sept?

I want the anti bot feature to have something like when you log in, there's a 4 RNG you need to put in during the character select menu.

  • Users MUST get the latest client patch in order to play. If you do not have the latest patch after the maintenance the game WILL reject your login attempt
  • We expect that it will eventually be bypassed somehow and are still pushing the studio for More.
  • There is a small chance that something will go horribly wrong in the live environment if that is the case then we will release reversion patches and switch the servers back.

Nope, wasn't able to play all this week due to an error on the technicians side of the server - failure to connect to server all week that was finally resolved last night.

I haven't seen Camp say anywhere that the maint would last 1h30. He said ingame that the maintenance would be 1h30 from his first announcement.

Were progressing,

 

135(the hardware with all the lag) died while we were trying to fix it.

 

So we brought in new hardware to replace it and are setting it up. Were now in the testing phase.
