Hi, I can't login to my 1 of my accounts. I type in the correct password and it doesn't work. I try to make a new password online and it says the old password is invalid. I go to "Forgot Your Password", finish the whole process and try it again.... still nothing. Same thing over and over again! What can I do to fix this!?!?!?!

im with you on this the same thing has happened to me. I cant log onto my main account. we need a staff member or someone to look into this asap.

I'm having the same problem. I can't login to any of my three accounts.

I'm really pissed off about it cause i can't even change my password or make a new one in "forgot your password"

For the login issue, please refer to my earlier post here.

 

A thing to mention, I have received over the day additional tickets in my inbox about the issue, a total of 5.

Please understand that, spamming tickets, spamming multiple PMs of the same will not speed things up.

 

The support system goes through a queue, moving tickets ahead of others may not be possible. So if you have sent a ticket then please be patient and hold onto a single ticket for the issue.

 

As for the Login/Password concern, the staff will be working on addressing it to reflect the correct error messages displayed as this has been a case of suspension (botting/benefiting from bots and others).

 

The received tickets have been forwarded to the GM staff. For the time being there is not much to be done than wait on GM staff response.

Your utmost patience and understanding is appreciated.

Ive spend so much on warp portal points, only one of my accounts work.

 

Ive submitted a ticket and nothing.

This is BS... ive spent so much on WP Points and now my account may be banned for who knows what reason.

 

Now it will be two days before i hear back??????

I was facing same issue. 

You need to verify your email address for warpportal login.

 

After email verification I was able to login to forum.
