Hello!

Just run into this problem:

I am pretty sure that this is a bug on the server side...

So, when will this bug be dealed with?

 

There is a whole ton of bots running in the wild which is already rather displeasing... and now this.

 

Would love to get some actual feedback. And thanks for doing something about it.

Hello,

 

Please try to log-in after 10 minutes from seeing the password prompt message. If the issue persisted then the account might be blocked, this requires sending a ticket to the GM staff.

 

Follow the format below when sending the ticket: 

Spoiler

 

The user will be notified on email as soon as the ticket receives an update.

The estimated time for a response is a little over the average so kindly be patient.

why did you re-direct me here? i wasnt rejected from the server,

 

my problem was when i try to log in my created account at warp portal

 

"Incorrect Uset ID or Password please try again" it wouldnt recognize my account

Are you using the correct ID in the ID field? How long is your password?

yes i am using the correct ID, also my password has 9 characters in it and i tried typing it slowly already.

 

i dont understand why my ID isnt being recognized by the client. i had confirmation email using that ID.

Just to make sure, RE:Start use a separate ID than Renewal/Classic servers.

On your Warpportal account, kindly verify the type of ID registered and that you are using the appropriate client for the same.

so do i downloa a new client for restart? or just create a new wap portal account?

 

do they use the same client?

Hi, i was vending last night in the middle of prontera, then, when i woke up in the morning i got logged out and i cant log back in. It always says Failed to connect to server. I already sent a ticket. I am wondering how long would it take for the staff to solve this?

Re:Start needs a new ID and a new client.

So if you wish to play on Re:Start server please go ahead and create a new Re:Start ID (second icon).
The client can be downloaded from the official page here or mirror links here.

It should not take an awful lot of time, hopefully. Make sure to stick to one ticket about the issue, avoid re-sending the ticket twice or more because this action will simply slow down GM response.

when i login always "Failed to connect to server"

and then i login again, and "Rejected from server blablabla (30)"

can anyone help me?

Two weeks is unreasonable, if possible please have your friend PM me their ticket number.

As for your ticket please be patient a little more as the staff has not provided an ETA yet.

Hello,

If this is ongoing for more than 10 minutes then the account might be blocked/suspended as mentioned in number of posts. Users with account suspension must ticket in and wait for GM response. Tickets waiting in line cannot be expedited so users must be patient. If the account is found clean the user may suggest VIP time reimbursement in the same ticket, this request may be accepted or denied depending on the circumstances.

Depending on the volume of tickets in line the response time will vary, could be anywhere between hours to a couple of days.

This is very dissapointing!!!!!!!

Ive purchased a great amount of warp portal points and have never even botted.

Now i cant even log into my main account!!!!

Ive submitted a ticket.
 

How long does it usually take to respond to tickets? I've waited like 2 days already :(

This is bs, we are having our accounts not able to be logged in when bots roam freely.

Im so dissapointed.

Ive gotten many of my friends and coworkers back into this game!

they respond my ticket telling me that i been of illegal negociation and i they wont send me any prove of that .......

 

So what, i just got ban and they wont show me prove ??

To clarify a bit of confusion, account pay history (VIP/KP spent) is not a factor when it comes to account suspension/block.

If the account is found to be associated with illegal activity it will be restricted appropriately to the kind of offence committed.

 

Moreover, an account restriction may happen for security concerns such as to block unauthorized access or restrain illegal item circulation. More about account suspension is found in this support article.

 

The staff will never suspend legit accounts, it may happen however in cases where IP is shared among users conducting illegal activity. Usually the accounts are cleared in a timely manner.

 

This is frustrating without doubt however I am politely asking each of you with the pending tickets to be patient with the GM team.
