• Happy start of October! Costume Box 8: Spoopy Spectre will be available in the Cash Shop for 100KP and the Silvervine Exchanger for 120 silvervine
• New spooky hats will be available from the Silvervine Services NPC!

Events

• Talk Like a Pirate Event and Treasure Hunt are ongoing until October 12!
  • Treasure Hunt: Pirates have buried treasure across Rune Midgard! As part of this event, a new set of event achievements are being made. Follow the clues in the achievements to find the buried treasure. Each location found brings it's own rewards. Find them all and receive a special costume and title. These achievements can only be completed during the yearly TLAPD event!

What is the silvervine system?

• The silvervine system is a way for players to gain access to item mall items and unique quest items through in game play or trade with other players.

How do I earn silvervine?

• The silvervine cats will offer a serious of tasks that can be completed for a silvervine. In V2 Silvervine can also be purchased with zeny (limitations apply).
• Silvervine Boxes can be purchased from other players that have purchased them in the item mall.

Wait what were those limitations?

• Characters will be limited to the amount of silvervine that can be earn during the month. Currently the plan is that each character can earn about 100 silvervine per month. Silvervine will be account bound so characters on accounts can pool their silvervine earnings. We will be evaluating how silvervine is earned and used to see if we need to change the system.

What can I use the silvervine for?

• Enriched/HD Ore and almost everything that is currently in the item mall.

What will you change in the future?

• Silvervine will be used to complete headgear event quests and some interesting cosmetic option quests we have planned for the future the future.

Aren't you worried about bots?

• We will be monitoring the bot situation for silvervine and adjust the system as needed to meet the needs of the server.

Nice less down time for the maintenance...at least for now.

New costumes nice.

New hats suck, but well better something than nothing...

Finallly the fix everyone ask for it.

is already a month and still dont give a -_- costume, just a midheadgear than you can buy from npc...

Making MVPing Rewarding:
 In general we want to also increase the desirability of these monsters for everyday hunting. So what we're planning is:

• Use MVP drops to start crafting certain headgears without a silvervine requirement.
• Headgears we are targeting for this are going to be traditionally stronger Cash Shop style items such as the Ride Word Hat, Well Chewed Pencil etc.

The Mi Gaos are only giving 690/527 of Experience, have you guys done anything about them after all ?(I don't know about how much they were giving before the maintence).

I can see multiple bots targeting the Mantis and ignoring all the Mi Gaos though.

Lets see the majorous update if it is worth it.  Could this turn Majorous the best place to lvl with 90+ parties?

 

Hope stings is a good place now to do parties for ranged characters without agi.

Probably need to work on a better party setup, maybe it's just Luina that is giving insane XP, but Prontera and Geffen should be giving really good XP too with wizards. Payon is probably the worst but that's because of Am Muts being too powerful...

Only Luina atm has a great spawn amount for the map size and people on it, the rest is super disappointing unfortunately. Brits map size is massive but i'm pretty sure luina has more mobs xD

 

Agreed on the Am Muts their acid terror thing @_________________@ far too strong for pre trans classes to survive unless you're a knight, even then it's ridiculous imo.
