with Tao, without Tao not possible , unless it is RG in Inspiration, maybe close to 100k

 

but thats only Tao in low level armor, no temporal vit, no accs, no shadow, no headgear

pretty much i was just testing Hp modifier, while waiting Mr. Campitor to Fix temporal boots bug and adding more Rebel stuff

i just noticed we can use Fallen Warrior Manteau since the requirement is lv 170

Nope, Desperado skill is not changed, my bad sorry

 

the damage is increased and able to get 100% damage bonus from Fallen Angel

it is still able to hit up to 10 times but the damage text usage, no more using Yellow Text

 

just plain normal white colour xD

Fallen Angel is not working!
it's just quickly move to the target 
( instead of jump as usual) then do nothing!

The skill is changed, now it does work same with Sura's snap skill 

but also activates 2 seconds to increase 100% Desperado damage.

I'm looking forward to this update! So, any word on any of the Kagerou/Oboro skill bugs that are literally rendering a large portion of their skills worthless or at ~50ish damage potential(Lighting Jolt, First Wind, Exploding Dragon, Ice Meteor). It'd be nice to be able to use these skills as they were designed with these new levels to achieve.

Howling Mine special item is not changed, you can find it in Prontera Vending Machine

 

the bug i found today is, You cant equip Grenade Sphere anymore for Grenade Launcher Weapon , it says weapon is not suitable

however the weapon does work with Normal Ammo, so weird normally it is the opposite  :heh:

 

Turned out this is not a bug, but a feature, xD just read kRO patch notes

so for me, only Slug Shot ammo and Quick Draw Shot trigger left,

 

the QDS seems glitched , in other servers the faster your atk is the more you can trigger the skill, ( i can show you the videos )

in iRO, the faster you atk is, the harder for you to trigger the skill,

in iRO based on my test, 185 aspd is the maximum if you want to spam the trigger of this skill ,

 

if its higher than 185 the trigger of this skill is not responding anymore or fails to trigger

where is the manual patch again for sakray?
oh the rebellion is live now i want to try

is this include the star emperor and gladiator?
i have a suggestion for that what if the taekwon class has a specific boots that they will get ATK similar to weapon like for example:

Taekwon Greaves[1]
"a boots specially made for taekwons with metal blades on side"
ATK : 250 if worn by taekwon 1st and 2nd
ATK : 100 if worn by star empe disable the 250atk bonus for taekwon (coz u know maybe star empe may use weapon or fist type?)
Weight : 30
DEF : 10

then taekwon master cannot wear books anymore instead they have specific weapon like for example;

Hand Metal Bandages[2]
ATK 30 (coz u know they have the boots similat to fist type or gun low attack)
Weight 20
Level 4
taekwon and taekwong masters only wearable
this is a good job improvement for this class ? XD

awakened revolver skills seem working properly, i didnt find any bugs aside from...  Fallen Angel

( supposed to be general rebellion skill, should be worked with any weapons as you can snap around freely just like Suras, here the skill locked to Revolver type only )
also the previous fallen angel skill does work with any weapons not limited to one type only.

tbh cant wait to test with ocp stuff,  sakray gears are pretty outdated lol

Hmm weird but awakened Dragon Tail is stronger than awakened God's Hammer , has shorter cooldown ( cast delay ? idk around 2-3 secs ), damage is not shared anymore between the marked targets.

 

of course Shotgun Tree always be the strongest due Slug Shot crazy 30000% skill modifier, Revolver Tree is the fastest, Grenade Tree is tactical play and due shorter skill cd, aspd based Flicker, now this tree is very viable for leveling from the beginning.

 

i can say every rebels shouldnt start the journey with Gatling Tree because every skill tree now is viable and PvM friendly  :p_idea:

you can learn solo leveling properly and Stop Ksing people at Low TI or Mid TI with Round Trip  :p_hi: ~

 

oh and about Dragon Tail more importantly, 

it is Dragon shaped Missile  :heh:   :p_omg:

dragon tail skill% is only slightly lower than God Hammer but grenade launchers in general are way stronger than rifles.

Yeah i was going to report that.

 

Fallen Angel is only working with a Pistol,it should work with all weapons as far as i know.

Fire Dance is s***.

 

Round Trip is still better for instances and Desperado for Damage.

Rebel has Kyrie/Snap now.

 

You can probably solo BIO 5,slowly,but you can.

 

Not worth the time if you ask me.

unless the reward is lv 4 weapon with 4 slots and having 500 atk then we can talk about soloing bio5  :heh:

 

Rebel didnt get any benefits from the bio5 update,

 

except the fallen warrior manteau,  but FAW still better, the manteau is only good if you card it with bio5 mvp card + its combo according to the classes

Bugs:

1- Slug Shot Ammo Missing
2- Can't wear Modified Temporal Boots
3- Can't make and enchant one Modified Temporal Boots
4- Missing new Weapons
5- Can't enter on Rebel Job Change Place (when u r rebel)
6- Southern Cross still bugged: Auto cast still working without wearing the Weapon and missing sprite of it.


Possible Problems:

1- Fallen Angel Skill seems not like a Snap, but like a lvl 1 Lope, of Doram. Is it Right?
