May I ask what these costumes do other than aesthetics? Can they be enchanted? Or do they have special bonus like 30% EXP increase from the goggle/crown costume?

How about a better incentive? For instance, if the players collectively donate up to a certain amount, WP will grant our wish by providing 1 hour Sky Fortress Ticket as alternative to the current 3 hours ticket?

Honestly, $200 is nothing for this community. I wouldn't mind seeing $300 for

 

One question that needs clarification... Do the $200 donators get the previous tier as well?

 

Also, people need to remember that this is donating to a charity that you can write off on your taxes!

I am gonna say my piece on this, and the move on.

 

I got one of these hats as a thanks for the stuff I had done. I didn't ask for it, didn't expect it and was most certainly appreciative of it.

 

I don't care that it is available to others. I don't even have an issue directly with the cause it goes for. But I will say this.

 

I am nearly done with the fact that people can just shell out cash for anything now.

Neutral on this. Happy to donate, but not sure about donating via WP. :v I will think about it.

 

Nothing on RO is valuable to me (aside from the good friends I made). I also don't care about donating for an in game reward. It's nice to see that a sprite would get people to donate lots of money for a good cause though! When they normally wouldn't have bothered.

First able we need to know whether wp using our money for their advantage. Maybe they claim their tax using the money we donated. If they did this they are the true bastard. For example A donated to charity thru B. B didn't donate anything B got the money from A. But at the end of the year B claiming the tax deduction from charity.

This hat was rewarded to the 3 people that have it for greatly contributing to the community.

Making this hat available for "only" $200 is like a slap in the face of all that work.

Would be nice to see WP reconsider the choice of hat, even if $200 at one time is a lot to quite a few people.

It still greatly devalues the immense effort Nirvanna etc have put in to earn theirs.
