Need help please! Literaly trying to log in into my character makes my game crash!!
Was on my character and entered Geffenia and my game crashed, now i try to log in again but it crashes at the loading screen, i loged in on my cat and it is just fine, its my main the only one that makes my game crash!! Also tried to uninstall the game and installing it again but the problem persist! halp me PLZ!!

Can you please screenshot the crash error?
What is your name of character? Perhaps the GM staff can move the character to a safe location.

Raise support Ticket or post your crash character detail in Medievac Airlift Thread here.
Probably geffenia map was down or your char just stuck there

Honestly i dont know how to take a screenshot on this computer cause its a 2006 mac with windows xD, its just the freezed loading screen and then a window pop up saying the game stopped working, my character name is Aikan

Asking the staff to assist in moving your character outside the affected map, also checking if the map is having issues or not.

Hmm... Its weird because as i said, i reinstalled the game and patched correctly, i can log in on other characters just fine, my main character is the only one that crashes the game when i try to log in on it.

Ok! I could fix it! it was really tough cause this laptop is really old... thank you cinnamon!!

My laptop is a macbook with windows software, so im trying everything to take a screenshot but nothing works xD but i could login!! got out of geffenia and now im playing... so yeah!! thanks so much and sorry for the bother :x
