hi im running on windows 10 and im getting sxstrace error trying to open the client up does anyone know how to correct this problem 

ive tried running it in admin mode but no joy thanks.

Please verify the server you are playing on and how old is your game setup.

hi ill be playing on chaos server but from the ragnarok launcer i cant get that far

I moved the thread to correct server subsection.

 

For the error, the device is missing appropriate Visual C++ package files.

 

The new client setup now includes required VC++ packages, if you are using a very old setup (prior to 2017) then I would highly suggest downloading the latest from any of the following links:
