Trans need to come out faster, A lot of us have lv99 chars that we LOVE so much, but got nothing better to do. That's one of the main reason, a lot of knights get lv99 and gets bored. Personally, i have 7 lv99 chars, I've even leveled a baby class to lv99 just out of boredom. I know what haters gonna say next, Make a baby novice... Yes, thats alot of challenge leveling a baby novice, but despite all that lv99, i only truly love one class, but they cant do anything and sitting in my character slot gathering dust...

Please make trans come out faster.... You're losing population...

 

Trans comes out too soon, it'll kill server population if all of that gets hasted even more.

I like trans more than pre-trans but people don't know how fun pre-trans woe 2.0 is and they only get ~4 woes of it =(

Although I appreciate their efforts, I have to say sadly that botters should be maxed leveled, self-sufficient,and most likely richer than all of us by now, that there is no point in botting. They could probably just farm elus and oris which you don't need a highly leveled toon to do. If they get banned, make new ones. Rinse and repeat.

I hate to say it but population isn't down just because bots got banned. It's because botters have risen to that super zenny sufficient status and most likely are dictating the economy right now.

I think the problem with complaints like this is that unless you can prove it there isn’t much that can be done. I think the only thing we can do is report players to the gm and hope they get dealt with in a timely manner.

The bot situation HAS gotten better, so I think it is much less likely they can reach 99. (I hope)

Although I still hope they add a right click report one day....

And please add some lategame for us 2-2 its getting pretty boring. I know we just got bio3 but we want BG's, instances, endless, stuff to do with our downtime on week days, not just farm with our Knights around

Which they are working on fixing by banning RMT. Proven by the fact that so many legit players are getting wrapped up in it. It sucks and is ridiculous to have to deal with but they are working on it. Sure, there are bots. But there are thousands less than there was and it's not because they're "2 rich 2 bot" now, not because the population count is inaccurate and not because people are quitting. While yes all that may be true, I see plenty of active people on steady daily that still makes this the most populated server that I personally know of to play on which is nice.

Some of us are still actively playing daily now with plenty to do and a few 80s and 90s but no 99s. Solo mostly sadly, but at least there's Discord. I love trans and can't wait, but i'd prefer to see this closer to mid year. Rachel and Ice Dungeon would be fun on non trans and might push a knight:leech meta to the side a bit while WoE 2.0 and Super Novices are released and then get Trans and then Nameless and then Thors onward etc. imo. At the very least, this should not be any sooner. 3 months notice should at least give time to buckle down and 99 at least 1 character in preparation. 

 

 

Edit: If you're bored, play a different game and come back during trans. I did WoE only during the bot infestation and broad IP bans and whatnot.

Have you not checked the population? Or frequented bot heavy maps? They have done a lot. Are there still bots? Yeah. But they've done a lot.

 

Good job with a road map. Let's see if this one gets stuck to, however, because we all know the first one was a flop for various reasons.

 

+1 to longer time with WoE 2.0. From someone who has not experienced this, 1 month is too short. Let's get used to this change, adjust and enjoy for a few weeks.

 

Is the VIP item to alleviate the abundant banning of legit players selling WPE? Not everyone does so for VIP.

And yes, they have done a lot. And I have always acknowledged that. But as long as they have no proper solution for this, RMT will always exist and that's the reason why the economy is failing so hard. < $1 for 10m zeny?

 

You also have to realize, those who have botted till 99 and no longer bot will never ever be caught already because well, GMs have no way to prove anymore.

 

Campitor had always talked about an anti bot shield or whatsoever but ever week's update this is not one item that has progressed a single bit and it is frustrating as hell that us legit players have to constantly live with bots / RMT sellers / RMT buyers.

there really shouldn't be a time limited or exclusive cash shop item like garment boxes etc people overprice them after they stop being sold so newer players are forced or encouraged to buy zeny (not to mention they get spammed nonstop and eventually buy it hoping they would stop spamming them) i hope some day O***K*** bot is shot down

I love this server and I really enjoy the desire and commitment of administrators to solve the problems we have, but the server will only reach a large population again when they announce a functional anti-bot. Please get an anti-bot urgently!

I guess you're right, even if i told u i didnt leech, u wouldnt believe me, my knight was the last char i've made, couldnt have leech my other chars, and stupidly >.< i made them all in the same account.  Alot of people wouldn't come back once they start another game. Only few will. All these down time will only cost WP money. No active players = No active $$. Who's idea was it that releasing new maps will change knight:leech meta? knight will always be superior class in leveling, until trans come out. 

knight:leech meta wouldnt survive trans map, like bio3 for example, you'd need some coordination with another people. The correct order for the game is trans 1st before all those maps. Even if rachel and ice dungeon is out, it's just going to be like bio3, which nobody can truly level there?

 

If you think leveling to 99 is hard now, then releasing new maps will not have changed anything, because the new maps will be harder, who on earth will go level on harder maps? If you're doing solo leveling, unless u like it, something is wrong, you're not alone, there are parties out there that are constantly looking for members.

Sorry for being rude but you can't expect RO Restart to fullfill your life... No reason to get bored IMO, look for something else to do (not related to RO)
