I recently started playing iRO back in 2018 after a year of rest. still the same system nothing changes in Renewal, and absolutely, things are good enough to play.

 

spikes, delay and lags actually are a thing of a problem for individual credentials. idk bout iRO servers

The economy can't get balanced. Until bot exist and zeny being easily farmed there will be no changes.

 

That is nothing to do with bots. Bot have exist for many years. Why many years before we do not have this imbalanced economy?

 

This kind of economy is pushing new player away even basic item is above billions. That is BS.

 

New player won't be playable unless they are going to RMT.

 

An example like the best game: world of warcraft. they has the best money recycling system.

They just got the authorization. 

 

However, the game is no way close to like RO. because they do not have free market. their auction system is broken asf. I dont like it at all. I quite after playing 20 days.

 

But it is one of most like RO product on market at the moment.

As the year comes to a close we are looking towards making plans for 2018.

Update Schedule
The studio has indicated that due to the number of other partners that opened in 2017 we can only expect to receive 3 major content updates next year.

Fortunately only the major content updates are considered.. well major content updates. We are also requesting smaller updates to the game itself not in terms of content but game systems as well. We've requested the following games systems from the studio to be delivered throughout the year in 2018.

Bank System
Gear Swap System
Party UI Update
Client Settings Update (Moves stuff out of the setup.exe)

Shadow Item Quest
Were going to continue to introduce a new shadow item quest every month. UPDATE HERE


Over all the team believes that 2018 will be a fun year in Ragnarok Online as we work to modernize many of the game systems and make them easier to use for everyone.

Updated schedule to reflect the update order changes. We have received the 16.2 Data and started testing.

I just noticed that the "Job Improvement Patch" is now missing? not sure if this is where it was posted but can you give another ETA on when we are going to get it? 

 

The answer I got from the FoF thread was pretty vague. I have ventured out on different servers and I admit it I am currently enjoying it but would definitely want it to be implemented in iRO instead.

95% updates are Lucky Boxes/OCPs.

 

No Rune improvement/Class balance updates.

 

Maybe 1 major update with useless items.

Nerf is rather simple. Max damage is reduced by (0.05 x Total amount of level 170 and above class)%. For example, there are 1000 level 170+ RGs in iRO server, that means, every RG damage will be reduced by 50% by Thank you. If a certain class has over 2000 level 170+ characters, that means, that specific class will deal 0 damage to all monsters

Adjust the percentage then apply in woe seen good, to controlled op meta class in woe 1hit ko player

It’s already 4th quarter bruh. Where’s my 2nd illusion dungeon? What’s the 2nd btw? And those new 1st and 2nd generation shadow items suppossed to be implemented by anniversary what happened.

Might as well start collecting Dragon Balls to wish for client updates at this rate. Probably would find all 7 by the time kRO actually decides to give the updates to us. (Including fight fillers.)

Update studio says programming team won't be free to deliver anything until November(unless its an emergency). In november were supposed to get the Illusion of Vampire Dungeon and the Rune Knight/Mechanic update afterwards.
