it says " A private connection to row-gs-c.row.playroweb.com can't be established because your computer's date and time (Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at 1:48:16 AM) are incorrect."

But i check my time and date are correct

yes same here it says that the certificate has expired or invalid and like this

 

This server could not prove that this is row-gs-c.row.playroweb.com: it's security certificate expired yesterday. This maybe caused by a server misconfiguration, an attacker intercepting your connection, or by your computer's clock being set incorrectly. Your computer is currently set to Wednesday, February 14, 2018. Does that look right? If not, you should correct your clock and and then refresh this page.

 

and yes my time is right and correct. still got the issue.

 

Please help us on this issue.thanks

same here im from server 24 vice gm most of our guild members have the same problem, other guilds as well. Started with certificate error. then it allowed us to play up to reset. After reset we had to re login, now it's not letting us. a lot also lost credits and gems to diamonds conversion. Please fix this

I was playing the game then I got disconnected for maybe 1-2 minutes after that I can't log in my account it says " Account or password is incorrect".I already changed my password 3 times still getting the same error. Please help. 

 

Also I keep on getting the certification error or expired after I click the "Game Start"

i have 3 main accounts here so please fix or reply ASAP...the certificate error can be fixed..just view and clear certificates or select continue anyway. The problem is after logging off to relogin after world reset, It's saying account invalid... or incorrect password. At times it's also saying WATTING..so there really is something wrong, i think that should be WAITING..any updates?

after I restart the game due to lag connection, when i try to login back I got the error "Account or password is incorrect". I'm 100% sure my username and password are correct. Please advice what to do.

Btw certificate error is not the actual issue. The actual issue is that we can't login at all

Hello. We've received reports about this, and it has been reported to the Ragnarok Journey Development Team.

 

For the meantime, you can proceed to login your account by clicking on Advance and then Proceed to the link provided at the bottom of the page.

a while ago that option serves us a work around but it's different now we can't literally login it says  "Account or password is incorrect."

 

by the way thanks VModStrawberry for informing us that this issue has been forwarded to the ROJ Dev Team please keep us posted on updates regarding this issue thank you.

yeah that was the work around with the certificate error. i even created and registered a new account. it wont go pass the login screen. still saying invalid..a lot of players lost their credits as well..

On the login page, after doing the Advanced step, where the web address looks like this: https

can you try to remove the https part? So that it looks like row-gs-c.row.playroweb.com/NA/ instead.Then re-try the login.

my computer proficiency is i would say a 9/10..definitely its not on the user's end. all possible troubleshooting have been done, contacted even isp if they are blocking this ip address or url, safemode, used different browsers, Again ive isolated it even down to registering a new account, it wont go through..
