is it really hard to get the bugs fixed before releasing it? are there no testers in your company? 

 

as chakri said, warpportal is not a charity. it's a company. a company that wants money. OUR MONEY.

 

in this case, iRO cash shop items are your product. releasing a dysfunctional product seems like a bit of a scam (also falls under false advertisement if you ask me)

 

when will warpportal be able to test out items first before releasing it to the public? are you understaffed?

 

please. this is an issue that doesn't just concern me, but all the people in this community. so please vmods, do not label this as 'drama'

 

i don't care if you're trying to 'fix' it right now. my point here is, do not release an item that is bugged.

 

perhaps you can do this in the next OCP

 

tldr; fix everything before putting it up in the shop.

They should start putting OCP's into sakray 1 week before they put them on main servers and actually listen to people who truly test them and then fix the problems before selling it.

Man, you are playing with your customer real money. It is indeed a scam since you are selling things that is not matched with your claim, and people are eligible to sue you for this.

OP has a very valid concern for this, it simply proves that the community will continue to buy their bugged items anyway so gravity/kRO would not spend resources to test that they are working before releasing them. The problem is that, this business model is not sustainable and there will eventually be a day when players will be fed up, what are they planning to do then? Just discontinue OCP and introduce new cashshop boxes?

it is because this (iRO) and any affiliates are a type of gaming company that is really not a company at all and just that. it is not like the ones that has complete employee..complete department.. etc etc. it is more like an private sector that you need to pay them for the continuation of their project. in other words gravity is a type or private server thingy just larger.

It's not always kRO/jRO that's at fault. It's not kRO'S fault the items weren't tested prior to release in the cash shop.
Not one staff member ever thought that an item like survivor's orb - one with a crap ton of set item combination - would need to be tested first before it gets released in case something doesn't work.

Stop doing the QA for WP. We are not employees of warpportal and we are not obliged to do so. It is not our job; we are the customers.

Stop buying WPE. Choke their source of income till they get their acts together. If they don't, well, RIP.
