I just installed ragnarok and my client is patching from 2017/02/16 is that normal ?

The official release is dated Feb 2017, so it will start patching from there.

It finished patching and i can access to the log in and i can choose a server but when i try to log on any char it says failed to connect to server everytime,

It doesn’t let me log in my characters and every time I launch the game it starts patching again I have stable internet
