If only it was 100% fct it’s worth it getting this hg now that many gears can give you 50% FCT it’s not worth it anymore. Also 100% def by passed is really nothing I can easily get 105% with PDM but ..... wait the def by passed is capped at 100% so not worth it. On top of that being an S tier gears makes it sucks.

Can someone clarify the description of Consultation Robe and Deviling card combo - Disables the effects of Deviling Card (does this mean it will disable its 50% neutral reduction and all side effects or just the side effects?)

WTF, PDM forces you to put 126 on luk if you want to get 100% of def bypass while devils hand gives you 100% alone. now if you use 126 in luk with all your char's there is another story.

Well maybe for Dorams? But I still hate it that it was nerfed, I bet it won't sell like the other OCP's...So whats the Class S item in this new OCP??? 

 

@ Campitor, I think you should stop listening to some people here, who always complains about OCP items resulting it all getting nerfed, because they thought they know it all...I was waiting for this hg, how disappointing. But on the good side, I don't get to buy WPE this month because all in this box is -_- now....$$$$ saved...

As a doram player, that Devil's Hand is very tempting, but still it's such a niche item, not worth spending 3b+ (will it even go for 3b+?) since I'm basically using it in a single character =3=

game mechanics, lion howls not even consider range.
the output damage will not be good enough for PvM (bio5)
this is a just a gear for leveling.


for those doram , this headgear is possibly the best there is to offer, moreover i guess you don’t even need to +10 it.
the only setback is that the box suck you dry

Jro didn’t have dorams when this headgear was release over there , it’s a sura exclusive headgear.

Conflicting information, however the idea is that it is 100% skill specific. Zayaan recommended a concept to achieve this, however according to Camp it didn't work; which is a shame because it would have been really awesome if it did :I

iRO folks complain game is boring but choose to play meta classes.
iRO folks complain WoE is dead but choose to play meta classes.
iRO folks complain how Sura night break the game but they have no problems seeing some classes dealing 1m DPS.

I think it completely killed BSG, but it was pretty much dead after PDM was introduced anyway, this was the final nail in BSG’s coffin.
