Greetings, see my post below.
It's an ongoing issue and is being investigated.
There is right now no explanation to the low spawns, it is mentioned somewhere that the mobs may be stuck in corners, but I strongly believe it is not the case. A zone restart should fix it but doing so during the week is not ideal in my opinion.
