I've been noticing some submissions here that have been submissions to past contests and events. While Rule #4 states that your entries cannot have been previously submitted as loading screens, I did not specify other events such as the Cosplay Art Contest, etc. After giving it some thought, here's what I've decided:

 

- You may submit artwork to the loading screens if you did it for a separate, but recent, event. This will at least give it a chance to be on the loading screens.

- However, if your submission won a costume in the event it was made for, it will not be included in the raffle, as it's already been rewarded in its own way
