Please do the following:

1. Restart your device.
2. Clear Internet Explorer cache, if you don't know how please check Appendix #2 in this post.
3. Attempt a clean reinstall.
   Get the installer files from the mirror link here. You will need the 3 files.
4. Run the installer and follow the process.
5. Launch the patcher as an admin and keep an eye on the patching progress.

If there are issues let us know.

what that -_-?I'm going to spend another hour more downloading this crap?, It's a crap, my connection is not good to do that ... this is a -_-...

not is a solution for me..is another problem...3 hours for downloading all the files...i need go to work...

Are you on metered connection? If yes, then you may have issues downloading patch files, let alone downloading the installer.

Please respond so we may try another method.

Issue is resolved, a reinstall has fixed it.
