Hello everyone

I have played Requiem science 2013 with some breaks
Last my visit to the game was in this winter
A month ago I tried to login my Requiem account and saw this message:

Then I tried to check my account in my on warpportal.com
And what I have seen ? Nothing. My account just dissapered from game account list.
After that I send a ticket to support.warpportal.com. But ...

There no answer during a month !
Support is working now ?
I send a new ticket half an hour ago, but I think it wouldn't make any diffence
Okay ...
May be it was important to know, I didn't get any message from gamemaster's, support or etc
 
Was somebody in case like this ?
What should I do ?

your account is registered from EU..Have you read about the EU ban???

Why my another account wasn't banned ?

The support team has not yet responded to this question
But VModCupcake promised to help with my ticket

CIS countries were not banned. In the rest of Europe including countries that are not in the EU were banned.
