Excuse me but please let me say my honest opinion. OCP Suggestions? The people post there first hand and that item did not appear in OCPs. I think OCP Suggestion is useless mate.

 

Example? Power chip and many others. ill just leave it here. This is one of the reason I quit RO waiting for that item.

 

OCP suggestions? cough cough. I don't hate or anything it's just that the thread isn't serving it's purpose.

thats nice. but its also nice if we can have some type of balance between different class gears

 

I suppose shoes type like traveler's pororoca enforcer are out coming.  judgement shoes will be on its way ? its not really an op item anyways.

Kinda sad, been requesting this item. but can’t really expect about my request Meteor Strike, why would they put it if only super novice can equip it (since almost no one wants to play super novice) and it would be a bad marketing sales for them

Nothing particularly interring to me except Nero shield. Though we all knew that there'd be all elemental shields anyways. 

 

When are we getting Earth dress, Heaven dress, and all other dresses too?

Bugs found:

• reduction is applied to all skills
• reduction stays even after equipping the item
• reduction stays even after dying as long as you stay in the same map (fenrir scroll in TE)
• relogging removes the reduction

I may be wrong at some points but this is what I've observed

As a note I am also currently translating the items for the Mechanic and Rune Knight Balance Change patch.

In all of Alchemist/Biochemist/Genetic skills. Only Blood Sucker and Mandragora Howling have fixed casting time in JRO.
So need someone confirm if Eye of Illusion doesn't reduce fixed casting time of Blood Sucker too.

The eye of illusion it effect means that , if user learn Mandragora howling lvl5 , will get fixed casting - 70% , so I believe that it is normal to reduce all your skill fixes casting if u learn Mandragora howling at lvl 5 , but it still meh.....Gene which getting bio5 enchant ME5 alrdy getting fixed cast time -0.5sec , i think most gene still prefer using seraphim/mob set for damage boost

Fixed cast reduction from Eye of Illusion applied to Acid Bomb.

 

i have tested it, so it is safe to say, this item gives you Fenrir effect.

 

useless or not, it depends on how you build your character.

Nvm, it wasnt clear for me, i had to tested with MvPs.

We requested Power Chip[1] a long long time ago. Is it hard to implement? that is not an OP item for all either.. And look what you guys give the players, Accelerator chip[1] and its not a requested item if i believe. after that? I quit.

 

put that item in OCP and ill keep my mouth shut. I promise. I am posting this in behalf of the players waiting for this not so op item.

 

I'll give my 2 cents on the Mechanic Improvement. thumbs up.
