Yo GMs! I'm having an issue submitting a ticket, every time I try to submit a ticket to get a verification for my MVP card I always get an error. Please help me. Thank you

WP support is having some technical issues.
I will ask that when sending a ticket to limit the character count to 100~ 200. However, if you are getting the error on the main page then contact Xanubis or Xealot on forums with your request and ticket issue.
For item verification, please note that, users may request item verification if they are in doubt of the item's origin, normally when purchased from another user. However, if you got the item yourself, then that step is unnecessary.

MR cinnamon i found a buyer but he wants me to verify it im getting a support error still i sent a message to mr xanubis and xealot no reply
When did you send the PM? It has been a weekend, hopefully you get an answer today or tomorrow.
