Hello there, I'm new here.
I tried to report this through a support ticket, the page gives me an error in the support home page since I tried to submit the first time. If I use another browser and gives me the error straight away.
When trying in another computer, works until the point where I submit the ticket, then the page loads with an error and all goes down again the same way.
My issue is that in the newest server on Ragnarok Online: Journey, when I try to claim the level 65 gift, it doesn't work. No errors are displayed, it just that nothing happens. Everything else works fine.
My account is from LevelUpGames Brazil;
Server I'm playing is 61;
My character name is MataPiolho (65 Assassin).
It's worth to say that I reached the 65th level using the Upgrade Ticket (the Level Advance Item gifted from level 60) when I reached level 64.
