IMO increase the refine rate and lower the drop rate that way maybe it might solve the high price market value of this server and have our characters ready & equipped for WoE or PVP.

If you want to encourage people to play woe put an actual cooldown on dispel n fiber lock. It's ridiculous in woe that groups of 12 have literally 3 scholars to ensure no one can even play their characters.
The many mini boss dupes n such makes most 1 shot abilities not actual 1 shots anymore as well.
