HI Worpportal,

 

For some reason I cannot add the warp portal energy points to my account.

Game account: [Removed]

Can someone please add my 2,000 WP that I paid for to my ragnarok account?

Can you describe the issue more? Any error messages?

Yes, there are no error messages, when I go to the + sign on my account, then click "Convert WP Energy" the screen refreshes - no popup.

I thought it may have been a antivirus bugg that blocks it, and I even tried it with no antivirus - no luck.

 

Is there a way for you to just transfer it? and maybe you can send a verification to my email or something?

Please see the sample below, after choosing your game ID you will be redirected to the services window with the tabs: Convert WP to KP, VIP package, Ragnarok game coupons and VAS. If there are no tabs whatsoever then it is possible that ID was created through Steam. For that you will need to use Steam client to buy time and KP for the game ID in question.

 

 

 

If however, the page refreshes after choosing the WP amount and clicking on Convert button then likely an issue with the browser.

Should the issue persists then please contact WP Payment Department with detail of your account and issue, make sure to describe the steps taken to reach the point where you are unable to add the points.
