How about just sticking the Nature's Dress in either way, it was supposed to be in last months and we already have to deal with the delay of the Old Detachment Ring, not everyone is interested in circlets and dragons.

its honestly not that OP even with 0 cd.. look at GX / Gene/ RK any of them can easily out dmg a sorc :S why does sorc item gotta be nerfed :S

 

 

with the Leviathan Muffler its its not even gna effect pvp /woe that much

Most likely it will be regarded as post implementation bug, just like previous OCP Boxes.

Nah, it just means it negates the circlet's bonus for Warmer 5 when equipped with the rings, since the ring already has cd reduction for those skills

The circlet / crown creation purpose is to complement the ring bonus for full spammable 3 main sorc skills (DD-VS-EG).

 

Cancelling each other cooldown reductions effect modification doesn't make any sense just because some people voicing their fear of crystallization in PvP/WoE environments.

 

Official Sropho cards also ends-up in limbo, exclusively unimplemented in iRO to this very day because of the very same reason :V

jRO items seldom have korean text in Divine Pride, so if the item has korean text and isn't in iRO it's most likely a kRO item.

Things will turn out to be even more complicated when wp just keeps taking items from jro where a +10 refining cap is in place.Then pls set a boundry as to what kind of jro items should be nerfed like skc and what shouldn't like dog tag, not just take the advice from a few players who don't even main sorc and are only looking to make their own mains even more OP.

Ok from the way I understood this is that there still going to be a set effect which wasnt part of the original item's effect.

That's seems bad news.

I hope you could state that "fix" here in forums?
