There are players who dont like 3rd classes, coz they think its too broken, well, classic server closed too, and this is a fresh start to them with new mechanics and fresh environment.

 

 

People who dislikes renewal, dislikes the new mechanic of the game with fixed cast, no bonuses for each rounded stat point, etc. RO:T has renewal mechanic, so its the same. They're giving a try because there're no Classic official servers.

The main problem with classic its end game never really changed from when renewal hit.

Okay but i spent $50 on this "ROT"ing game and i'm unable to open any cash shop items after spending it on costume boxes.

Ya'll coming in talking about classes and things being unbalanced 

I'm here to say i really did just lose $50 bucks on this game.

 

ROT takes $50 from my bank account instantly. While i wait, on when i can open these damn costume boxes with no answer.

 

YA'LL GOT ME F'ED UP!!!!!!!

 

did i send a ticket? YES

did i post it on forums? YES

did i get a actual answer on when its going to be fixed? NO

 

Why i'd quit? Because they stole $50 from me, until the issue is fixed; its stolen.

Because i did not get the product [the costumes inside the box] that i paid for. TF!?!?

 

FIX IT FIX IT FIX IT and compensate me for my distress!!!

Shhhh! I shouldn't have to "give it a bit more time and wait?".

Then why even put it in cash shop?

Why still keep it on cash shop?

 

Regardless if there is a "backlog to deal with". Cash shop items; people spending actual money on the server, should be prioritized.

They were quick on snatching $50 outta my bank for payment, they should be just as quick on fixing situations like this.

 

Tell me Ninjedi with that smart  :rwar:  mouth of yours.

Maybe because they didn't get to test the actual "box" item itself enough during the beta?

And just some advice, practice a little patience and precaution when handling money

The last time we had someone rush to spend -_- lost $650 CAD ._.


Let's try a different approach as well:
If, for example, you rush your ticket and ask a gm to "open" the box for you instead.
So the gm chooses a random costume from the list, but the gm chose a costume that you did not want from the box. You're stuck with that costume and you'll just blame the gm.
But if you wait for the box to be fixed then you can use your own rng instead. Who knows, maybe your rng will be bad but also maybe you'll get really lucky?
Which outcome would you rather have?

That's what my "smart :rwar: mouth" says.

If they opened it for me, i wouldn't blame them on what they got.

This feels like false advertisement on the item.

I got a defective item, I want my refund. Lol

Just to ease your mind a bit, this just seems like a minor bug anyways and it doesn't look like it's unfixable. Maybe they're just waiting for the next maint to apply the fix. And you can always try and ticket for a refund in the mean time

Box will be fixed today. It wasn't supposed to go in. But it did so were fixing it. More notes will be up soon.

It "wasn't supposed to go in" isn't my problem. It did end up in the cash shop and i ended up buying a defective item.

 

 

I honestly just want a refund. It was a product that was promised to work, to open but its defective.

So i have to "WAIT", making a paying customer wait on a product that you guys messed up on? That doesn't seem right in any kinda of business/customer service.

Its unacceptable and i want a refund or to be compensated.

Customer service level is like Comcast, i swear.

 

I had to jump into forums and cause a scene just to be heard.

I sent in a ticket with my email and contact info... but was never reached out

I even titled the ticket correctly "Cash Shop Item"

Hoping they know its a paying customer issues.

When those things happens inside store or any other place u just throw urself on the ground, start crying, spinning, kicking around with ur legs up so u get what u want asap?

Yes I do and I get a refunded, correctly.

I don't know what 3rd world you live in but the world i live in; When you buy an item and it comes in defective, you reach out and email the business then they either refund or they compensate you for the mistake they made.

What happens if they told you to WAIT, as the only option? like WTF at lease offer a refund/KP credit back.

and with that "wait" time, i decided i don't want it due it being defective.  

 

1. They could have credit me back the 5,000kp, so i can buy a different cash shop item.

2. They could apologize and refund me $50 back to my CC account.

3. They could give me a discount for my troubles.

But it seems that customer service, for paying customers aren't prioritized. 

Because people like you are always giving them slack.

 

 

You haven't commented or created any kinda of content on the forums since 2015.

Quitting ROT because their online customer service/support is   :rwar:

It has nothing to do with the server/updates, those things i understand and can wait.

It has to do with the customer service support team. 

 

I don't like how i was treated as a customer and i feel disrespected!

They have no customer service skills what so ever.

Customer service exists in 3rd world countries too, you know, so let's drop the superiority complex here before it leads to more ignorant claims.
Maybe they don't teach these values where you're from, but the idea of waiting a short delay is also for the sake of giving the service team ample room to work. Letting them work in their own pace helps make sure that any rushed fixes that come don't actually end up causing more issues.

And, before you let your emotions loose again next time, consider the possibility that maybe the fix was already scheduled ahead of time and whether you caused a scene or not did not actually speed up how fast the fix came. You could've been getting yourself all worked out just for no reason : P

Making excuses for them slacking off?

I'm being harsh and critical because i what them to better themselves in their field of work. 

Making exceptions will only let them know, "Oh the players wouldn't care. They can wait" because that seems like the attitude I've gotten from all of their customer support.

I did not get an email with any remorse what so ever. 

It was pretty much "well its fix now, bye." - GHOSTED Hahahahah

 

At the end of the day its $50 bucks, that's nothing to me.

Its the work ethic they do that disgust me and how i felt; them pushed players who are consistently paying customer off the side. 

 

Did i blow this simple situation up? YES I DID, I'm extra and doing the most.

Let me get this straight :

You want to be treated like royalty because you found a bug as a beta-tester, then you were put in queue for support on a game that just opened it's doors to thousands of other players which means there's already a huge number of tickets they have to deal with before getting to you.

 

The amount of drama you tried to make around this and the fact that you can't grasp concepts as easy as "beta" or "patience" lead me to think you do face issues but most of them aren't as Ragnarok-related as you wish to portray.
