Yes I do and I get a refunded, correctly.
I don't know what 3rd world you live in but the world i live in; When you buy an item and it comes in defective, you reach out and email the business then they either refund or they compensate you for the mistake they made.
What happens if they told you to WAIT, as the only option? like WTF at lease offer a refund/KP credit back.
and with that "wait" time, i decided i don't want it due it being defective.
1. They could have credit me back the 5,000kp, so i can buy a different cash shop item.
2. They could apologize and refund me $50 back to my CC account.
3. They could give me a discount for my troubles.
But it seems that customer service, for paying customers aren't prioritized.
Because people like you are always giving them slack.
You haven't commented or created any kinda of content on the forums since 2015.
