Yurilandia, make sure that the patch files are properly unpacked right into RO folder where Setup.exe is for example and not inside their zip folder.

all the unzipped files are in the RO folder and the error continues

Ragnarok is opening normally, but after about 10 seconds in game, it closes.

 

If it auto shutdown without any error then it may be EAC doing its thing. Please check the other pinned topic for ideas, I will link it below.

Where are you connecting from? Have you made sure to reset Internet Explorer as in the guidelines?

My issue is that I can connect to the game, but it looks like it's not patching. Last patch I'm noticing is from 2-20-2020. I decided to uninstall and reinstalling to see if that will work but now it's snowing and I can't see some of my costumes.

 

 

 

Ok while following the steps, I ended up deleting cpatch and and spatch or w/e it was called on accident and it wouldn't let me save tpatch into the folder. Tried to load it up and it all worked again. Not sure if this helps anyways but it patched right away once I deleted those things.

cpatch is for Classic server, which is no longer relevant as the server has been shutdown some time ago.

spatch is related to Sakray, though those 2 files should not affect nor required for RT server. Not sure what happened there but as long as you are able to patch up fully and log in without issues then that's good enough.

Test if you can access FTP patcher using Internet Explorer (you must use this application to test, using Firefox for example will not suffice).

Other than that, I'd kindly you ask you to go through the steps again as in the first, make sure that you didn't miss a step.

Hello, you might have actually fixed the issue. Uploaded new pack, had to manually go through the files one at a time to make sure nothing is missing. Possibly there's an issue with the FTP ini file that makes the patcher skip. I will report it to the staff to double check on their end too. Kindly check again, see if you are able to patch the game without trouble.

Hi can anyone help me re-installing RO transcendence. I have been playing this days ago then something show NoSpam.dll error then i exit the game then starting it up all over. Then i noticed the client was change seem old and named international ragnarok online. I log in, it came thru but when im in the game i noticed the them is Christmas then i came running on some spirits error. Can u help me reinstall done with those manual install but didn't really help me. I even do clean uninstall then re install but it show the different client.

Hello,

Experiencing nospam.dll error and Christmas theme is an indication of outdated client. If reinstalling is not helpful, then please check your antivirus/firewall is not blocking iRO ftp server. For a test, open Internet Explorer (you must use IE here, testing Firefox/Chrome will not do) and plug the following URL in the address bar, see if you are able to open the page without issues:

Sadly it didn't make a difference, just done trying to reinstall for the 5th time. I'm doing a complete reformat of my laptop hope this can fix the issue. /sob

That's very unusual, it seems like the client in your case is probably not receiving the updates as intended. Did you change anything in your device lately?

Hello cinnamon, finished my reformat my laptop and installed Ragnarok transcendence, sadly it still shows up again a client stating welcome to Ragnarok-international ragnarok online. A September costume event and yggdrasil ascension. Now i don't know what to do.

That's Renewal client, are you making sure that you are not launching Renewal installer? Such as when you install the game the folder should say at least "Ragnarok Online Transcendence".

Im very sure of it,  just min. ago it fix its self, i dint know why or what i do, maybe a bug or something else, maybe reformating my laptop help to get rid of the bug or virus,  thanks for the concern cinnamon i appreciate it, ​ now just waiting for the patch to up .
