Most Low TI parties, both leech and actual party, are in Eden though.  But most of time, they're only online in the weekends after around WoE time.

Not quite sure what the second sentence even means, but why does card drops are rarer have to do with it? Not entirely sure if the knight cards even drop from the monsters; but, nonetheless, those 2 are actually most definitely purchased with Coagulated Spells. Even THEN, even if they did drop from regular mobs to, the instance itself doesn't exist in Sakray therefore we cannot test for drops, not that it is even something people really do, at least the player base.

 

Anyways, I got my answer so it doesn't matter at this point.

 

 

SAKRAY Card Tests ( howabout Sakray tests for  %Card drops from monsters both dungeon/field maps/instances)

I collect Cards mostly from monster drops.(card removal from EQ i bought)

Sorry, I didn't keep the link myself.
But all I recall from it is it was a weekly quest with missions to hunt a few of the bio 3/4 monsters

Weekly quest cooldown, 1 day scroll duration

Bio3/4 monster kill quest gives 5 slot offline vend, the easier quest gives 4 and 3 slot

eg: if it is march 8th and u run the instance, for the first time at the day, at 3:55, u can do it again, in same day, 8th march, at 4:01. But u only be able to run it again on 9th march at 4:01, then 10th march at 4:01.. and then it goes
