Today my knight (Riskbreaker) had 2.5m and with no reason disappeared 2m exactly, now i only have 500k, im the only person with the password so i don't know what happened. It's possible to get back? i really played hard to get that zeny

Update: After loading for a long time, I finally manage to load the mail for the proof of purchase. I will be able to provide the image if requested

Me and some people are starting to get stuck on Prontera South Save Point.

My character can't move, use itens or skills. I can only talk and open chat.
Then, after 20 seconds I get disconnected.

I have the same problem. I bought an item, the game took away my zeny but did not send me the item by rodex.

I hope the items are just stuck in Rodex and they will reappear once the issue is resolved. Worst case, the GM staff can restore.

Yeap, just close my shop to add more itens, and my rodex dont load anymore, i know 2 item's that are there but are weapons with enchant's that i cant remember well, praying to get this fixed =x

Just logged in to my alchemist, my homunculus is vaporizing itself all the time and my pet is gone. Gone. No egg, no Alt+J, nothing. RodEx not working too.

I got stuck with my hunter right after I incubate my petite egg, the egg just disappeared and i cant move, just with the hunter tho, the others characters I can play normally.

Guys, Campitor is already aware of this problem and he's working on it, so flooding the post telling that you're also stuck wont help in anything. Just sayin
