im having the same problem.

 

my hunter stuck in payon dungeon level 3

stuck in one cell only but i can attack munaks and my hunter does not receive any damage

 

same goes with my blacksmith in town. cant move at all

 

even the daily log in reward can't be click and receive via rodex.

 

hope you guys fix this soon.

Were gathering logs and DMP files of the errors from the servers. As far as we can tell characters affected by this seem to be random. Unfortunately restarting affected zones doesn't seem to fix the issue so we will be planning a full server restart after WoE to fix affected characters.

They should be. If not the GMs will need to do restores.

@senior members / Campitor, my toon after WoE last week and when WoE started today 5/2/2020  is Getting Stuck... in Geffen inn, it wont move and will get disconnected after a few minutes. pls look into it

My knight is stuck in Geffen and my Bongun Pet is gone! Character name: Boggart
And my Sin's Rodex wont load in Prontera, and my Mastering Pet is gone too! Character name: Tomoe, Way of Lighting

My character got stuck in the glast heim, after incubation my high orc. the egg dissappeared and it didn't appear, and my character full stuck. character name: KIZZ overpower - high orc name: High Orc (no name)

Probably because no big shot from any major guild got stuck. That's why the server will reset only after war.

Character stuck and after a while it appears that I was disconnected from the server. Only with that character.
And my pet it's gone!!

No.. its because were gathering dmp files from the server and harvesting logs as this is going. We want kRO studio to fix this as a priority so were gathering and sending everything.

I just don't want to stay 1 week without my converters because of tickets. And looking at the ammount of people losing items, tickets might just take that long to restore items.
I hope you can restore everything with the reset.

I logged off on my priest at Prontera at the church (before maintenance happened), so that's fun. I'm seeing WoE is still going on (I take no part in it but rip) while I'm here d/c like crazy. I might open the cilent again and see if my merchant got affected by this as well.

 

Update: My merchant has the same issue (but the only difference, not able to have a bugged out log-in rewards screen but still not getting the log-in reward checked/received).

And I've noticed that there wasn't any sort of update on my cilent, so I'm going to assume the recent update just got pulled? (might just be me on this one)

Hi,

I'm having same issue here,
My knight stuck near west portal of comodo Town, currently unable to move, rodex and using any active skill/pot as well as losing my little isis pet.

Hope that everything will return as it was once the reset happen after WOE as mentioned.
