Why are you so silent about this, you told us that this week Monday you will have meeting with GM team to explain to them the situation about this?
What is the status now? Can GM now re-roll weapons, boots and garments that received missing enchant and enchants that were not supposed to be there?

Long weekend due to 4th of July.... Please don't count weekends towards the ticketing days.
