I would like to share my experience with the GM team this last roll back we had. I farmed for almost 4 hours last week and I lost my Raydric Card, Alice Card and OCA. I am done with this server and game this is not the 1st time it happened to me. When they had a roll back on Restart I had a screenshot of my rare drop as well, but they never helped me out and just gave me back my WOE supplies lol.

 

 

Here is GM's clock 1 week response to me

another case of gm mishaps causing another player to quit

These people does not care about their players at all or the server which is why people are quitting the game and their server is infested with bots who doesn't even get perma banned and we legit players have no choice, but to quit the game because of the supports incompetence.

Am I the only one that glad there is rollback?
Because there is many players exploit the bug, so yeah, that's fine to be rollback.

Rollback was warranted, but not returning a player's drops even after proof is just lazy and incompetent. Good job, Warpportal!
