I was trying to adjust my stats to find out my best optimal DB spam (Considering not Diabolus Wing  nor RK Set because i'm poor).

 

Stats:

36 str (+27)

60 agi (+8)

108 vit (+28)

120 Int (+20)

120 dex (+33)

189 ASPD (190/191 with +10 agi food and increase agi).

Berserk Potion

Celermine Juice 

Asir Runestone

Two Handed Quicken

 

I could use Eden group food/+20 Food in order to get (120+30+30)*2+140+(30)= 530  (+20 food are a must)

 

 

I try this versus my old stats where i had 192 aspd and it feels the same while spaming Considering i live in nearly the Antartica (Just kiding) but in South America. 

 

Edit: 186 ASPD it's fine but is better 189 ASPD because the attack animation is faster. When you try to "brake" the animation while moving for DB Dance, is slower with 186 than 189-190 aspd.

Barbigon, Mind helping me spam as fast as you? I got same exact gear minus Diab Wing in exchange for new wave to keep status at 529. ASPD is 193 with buffs but I’m still stuck at the 2db per second

I doesn't know what ping is yours, even I assume you got 90% delay reduction.

Try adjust your macro (reduce the delay/timing) to match db animation. Make sure you really have >90% acd and your status “AFTER” buffing everything is still 529.

I have over 90% ACD And my stats are 529 after buff. I’ve tried a bunch of different combinations on the macro; I’ve set up ranging from milliseconds to 0.2seconds in the delay portion and still get only 2db per second. My ping is less than 200, any idea or ballpark number I should start at to work my way to adjusting it?

I hears one said that, you had to have 101%, cd reduction, close to 529 stats, and high aspd like 193, then you can chains easily.

The theory’s is that if you have 101% cd reduction and almost instant cast (must have the casting bar) , you, before finish casting, the 101% cd can let your character immediately start second DB spamming, so to skip the delay of finishing DB’s action.

But I cannot achieve 101% cd reduction at the moment, so I cannot test it, maybe you can try to test it and tells me is it work ?

they already stated that
it is, dependent on your PC settings

therefore, someone else couldnt test for you.

It really depends on your computer. My problem was my internet was to fast at 50 ping so I had to set at 180 ping to get a steady chain of 5db/sec. ASPD doesn’t have to be at 193 it just has to match your delay. I was able to chain at 190aspd. Stats can be 525-529 doesn’t have to be exactly 529. ACD also doesn’t have to be 102, chaining can be accomplished with at least 86% however more is easier to chain

Which software did you end up using to add latency? (I didn't get around to trying out Clumsy.)

I tried clumsy but it was too much work for me so I tried SoftPerfect connection emulator and it was a lot easier. I double checked with CM if it’s ok to use and it was good to go. I personally liked it because There’s a spot that only changes latency. There’s a free trial version which is only 30 seconds which i think is good enough time to test how much ping you need

Before I quit my DB RK I was experimenting with Dopelganger Card for ASPD.    I like using shield as option, 

 

 

I use Temporal Ring, but can't remember why I used Runaway Magic instead of Speed of Light.  (was 1-2 years ago)

I have 193 ASPD, 521 Stats, 100% cast after delay reduced. 

 

capped at 3-4 per second..

 

the animation is still so high after attack... that is the main delay in spamming the DB....

 

anyone any thought?

maybe, something may also affect that. 

 

if i got hit by monster with multiple quick hits, like soul strike, i can spam the DB for that duration. 

 

it looks like the spell from monster cancel my attack delay animation directly. 

 

so it looks like the animation is still there, it is just i cannot get rid of it. 

 

so curious how people can get rid of that animation.

further update

 

I tried 511-529 stats, 191-193 ASPD, 100-105% delay. 

 

tried 0.001s - 0.2 s Macro delay in sequence. 

 

I am still not able to chain in the second DB..

 

I also ticket GM. He replied saying it is doable, but no further assistance.

 

so if anyone accomplished 7 casts/sec DB in NA, i would greatly appreciate your help or pay some zeny.

Update

In US, I have to lower the casting time to Dex*2+int to 460+

Chain the delay at around 30ms.

Then, it can trigger the constant quick cast.

But it will break at about 3-5 cast.

Still trying to find out a more stable setting.

I think here is another update. 

 

INT base need to be less than 110 to cast smoothly.

 

at least in my area.. higher will lag more.

As above saying, it looks like in US, the chaining DB can be done in about .2S VCT. 

 

in that case, the chain is only 5 casts max in 1 second.

 

can anyone do 7 casts in US? 

 

if so, may you share a bit more info about the setup in INT/DEX, VCT.
