Changes:

• Refine Tickets can no longer be consumed by double clicking them
• Refine Tickets are account bound and no longer character bound.
• Costume Tickets distributed to level 170+ Characters via event give away in the Eden Group
• Various description fixes.
• Thor server will start to generate the new instances.
• Style Shop will now accept omni clothing dye.

Hey camp, at least one 17.1 NPC was reported as bugged, apparently it was reported on the Sakray testing thread, link to post. I believe this makes the quest impossible to complete, and players are unable to trade coins for item rewards.

I will try to review it. But I believe that the report today was due to Thor's server not liking any of the new instances and not the npc.

Do the issue about 17.1 quest not being able to be finished going to be solved?
The quest which gives access to Illusion Gear crafting isn't responding correctly.

The linked report is confirmed to also exist on Chaos, person reporting it did the quest on Chaos as well and ran into the same issue. Instances are also inaccessible apparently.
