I think 17.1 Quest line broken

I can do OS Mission 2 which is Daily quest after complete first OS Mission.

I think player must complete Eliumina Acquisition Operation Quest from NPC Elena first in order to do OS Mission 2 quest.

 

I'm surely it is different daily, one is OS mission but the bug is Cor mission.

 

Also there are daily limit still need to wait 16hrs

Please fix DB on RK after changing new 2nd costume. Damage show on monster and casting after cast skill delay!!!

I know how to make it uncast and fast DB. But somehow after changing new costume clothes it become delay about almost 1 sec. And if im using skill DB on monster the damage show not on the spot. The damage show delay around 0.5 sec. Please check it

 And 1 more thing i already unmount and mount pecopeco but still same result. The only result i think reset skill? Do i need to do that coz of changing new costume job clothes? Or some bug about it?

your internet provider have problem not 2nd costume
