Is that Halloween totally brand new or recycle from the previous years. If it’s recycle I wonder if that worth it to be considered new updates XD

 

 I am not for sure how long you have played IRO but you must not have read the page it linked to, or the post where they said it was updated. I have included the links for you. you were never able to evolve the skeleton cat before.

Is this costume egg exchangeable for costume enchant Stone 8?

 

Are you referring to the Glacier Frozen Egg? If so, I believe the costume enchant stone for it will be coming next month! Sorry.

you went too hard nerfing these new OCP, but just left Enforcer Shoes so OP at +7 and flooded the server.

I really don't know why nerf the new OCP make sense since they are not that OP like enforcer shoes,  but can increase the power of other classes as a balance.

What the nerf did is just let the GX with enforcer shoes super OP, and nerf other classes' OCP and make them more and more weaker than GX.

they actually brought a lot of items to balance that situation. Some builds without MVP are worth for different jobs (celine's dress, cylinder boots, ignis cap type k, etc). the DPS is good in many jobs
