The new costume egg isn't in the cash shop? And I just got an Aimed Shadow Earring from Kachua, thought that was supposed to be changed? The description on the Kachua Key was changed so it lists the two new sets but don't want to use any more until I get a confirmation it is giving the new set of shadows.  :wah:

Not that the costume box is added yet... but since the details weren't posted, can you let us know which Costume Stone Box you get when you exchange the costumes from the new box? Are they all Costume Stone Box 17 or will it be a split again, and if it is split what costume gives what # Costume Stone Box? Thanks!

So nothing got in whatsoever across two maintenances on two different days?

 

You know what would be great compensation before we either are delayed another ~2 weeks or have a 3rd maintenance before another maintenance on Sunday morning for DST?

You may want to close it again and do it properly? Close it for another 6 hours or 24 hours and go out to get fresh air. Then come back to get things right? Hopefully you will get your -_- right this time ... right? lol

 

Every time you re-open without implementing updates properly, you know that more people will have to submit new tickets to GMs, who are already overwhelmed by countless tickets of things that aint solving at all too.

 

At this point, if I even lived in Asia, I would already jump on GGT or whatever their SEA official server is  :ph34r:

It seems like warpportal cant get a maintenance right without campitor.

What happened CMs/GMs/Or whatever M&Ms?
I understand some patches are difficult and all but things are now looking worse than what happened in Skill rebalance update. Please, I would rather have Ninja updates in maintenance and then be told about it than being promised a bunch of things and then being told nothing was done. Twice in a row.!

 

This needs to get better. The game has seen in an uptick of members because of the new server, but please dont let that go to waste.

 

I hope apporpiate compensation will be handed out for this and kachua being refunded to those players that exchanged when there were unclear instructions on update progress.

Already got at least one friend that has put the game on hold after getting to warlock and finding out it's broken!

So, seems like maybe they only did the client side of the patching? All the client info is in, but nothing on the server is there.

We understand everyone's frustration and thank you for your patience. We all want things to run smoothly and successfully. As a reminder, the CM's are here to provide information as it is provided to us. That being said, thank you for making us aware of the current issues. It appears we are still experiencing difficulties with our patch tool, we will be applying a hotfix to update the cash shop in order to have the new costumes available as soon as possible. Likely during next week's Hardware Maintenance.

We will be continuing to monitor reports and address any concerns going forward.

make sure to update kachua and rollback the keys used
